“Today is the release date of John Mayer’s new DVD: "Where the Light is". My wife and I turned out the lights, turned up the sound and enjoyed all 3 hours – clapping and cheering as if we were at the concert!“
Great DVD. John Mayer performs his three different genres back to back and made sure to thank himself … for supporting himself. It is a must get for fans and features a couple of songs I hadn’t heard. The audio was fantastic and the surround sound created an ambience that added to the ‘atmosphere’. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it and so did our little baby girl. The fact that she isn’t born yet, didn’t stop her from kicking in time with the music.

“They have re-introduced a horrible token system our shopping trolleys. You can’t use a shopping trolley anywhere in our home town, without releasing it by way of putting a gold coin in its attached slot. Let me tell you, I stop at nothing to get that coin back. I have been known to leave trolleys hanging off the rack and even turn them upside down on top of the rest to insert the annoying release chain.“
If all else fails, a pair of pliers always does the trick!

“My new Peavey valve amp is going to be 100 watts of deafening fun!“
I was looking at getting a Fender ‘65 Reissue Twin, but at less than half the price I couldn’t pass up this Peavey. It has fantastic tone and a few extra features to boot! I’m looking forward to seeing what this bad boy can do at my next gig.
