“My wife and I took a quick tour of the Hospital where our baby will be born. The lady even gave us tips on the best way to avoid parking fines during our stay. Apparently quite a few people have been so worried about getting the mother and baby into the hospital as fast as they can, that they forget about the car and selfishly ignore the local councils need for gratuitous revenue raising!“
